Throughout the dinner, with a nod to tradition, she will serve classic French foie gras-based dishes, such as a terrine of foie gras, bites of foie gras with spiced apples, aumônière of scallops and foie gras with truffes, a spoon of foie gras and smoked duck breast, a verrine of foie gras and pear risotto, and foie gras crème brûlée.

In full style and flair, your sommeliers, Boris and Christophe, will uncork wine to perfectly pair each course; the wine selection includes Dom Pérignon, Condrieu Georges Vernay, Château de la Maltroye, Chateau Montrose, Rivesaltes, and Rieussec.
