Lot #3: A Taste of Spain: Paella Culinary Lesson

Learn how to cook an ultra-authentic paella de marisco just like they make it at L’Albufera, the freshwater lagoon near Valencia.

Your instructors, INTL parents Sean and LeAnn, will share this classic Spanish recipe with you!

LeAnn’s mother is from Valencia, Spain, and has taught them, over many years, the technique for making authentic paella. They’ll be using the hand-hammered paella pan of LeAnn’s Valencian grandfather. It’s been passed down through the generations and has probably cooked thousands of paellas. Cooking paella has become a family tradition for them, and they will be thrilled to share this tradition with you!

Exchange stories with Sean and LeAnn about their time in Spain and savor the flavors of your own paella paired with a fine Albariño, a white wine from Galicia that is an exquisite match for seafood.

If you love cooking, great wine, and delicious Spanish cuisine, then you will be in for a fantastic time!
