During your initial consultation, you will be assessed using software that analyzes over 100 separate data points to gain a clear picture of your healthfulness. This information is updated throughout the process to ensure what programming works best for you, and to track your progress. 

Your programming will be tailored to these data points with the flexibility you need to be successful. You will have access to coaches from Training Spaces’ own top quality personal training staff for 1 on 1 workouts, guidance and feedback. 

Regardless of where you start, our deeply logic based transformation programs are built to change your life permanently.

What your program includes:

1. 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions​
  • Our coaches go through a rigorous training process and have all experienced transformations themselves. We are constantly iterating new techniques and improving our systems to stay at the forefront of the industry. 
    • Professional and Personal.
2.Customized evolving meal plan
  • We look at historical nutrition, body composition, psychological components, and much more during your comprehensive onboarding process. ​​
    • Detailed.
3. Strength-based training program
  • ​Based on your onboarding input, we design & continually update your plan. 
    • This way your plan never gets too easy or too hard. 
4. Progress Check-ins​
  • Accountability. Your coach will schedule regular check-ins where they will analyze data and make adjustments to the plan to progress you towards your goal more efficiently.
    • The worst plan is the one that never changes.

5. Weekly Program Updates (based on RPE organized in blocks)​
  • We have developed a proprietary programming system that we take over 50 data points into consideration when creating your program.
