Awaken your senses with the rich, tantalizing aromas and flavours of Rajasthani and North India Cuisine.
INTL trustee Sujata Narayan and her husband-turned-sous chef Sanjiv will take you on a memorable journey, sharing their culture and culinary secrets. First, they will perk up your senses with a light aperitif.
Next, they will give you some academic background on the history of the local cuisine, how spices are selected, and how the food is prepared. You will then learn how to prepare a three-course meal with delectable starters, 4 delicious main dishes (one non-vegetarian, three vegetarian dishes), and accompaniments. This will be paired with delightful wines by Sanjiv.
We encourage our lady guests to try on an authentic sari while gentlemen may try on Shawls. These garments are gifts our guests may take home, providing memories of this evening.
On departure you will also receive a special spice box from Sujata and Sanjiv, so you can recreate this experience at home.
