Your group of 4 will visit during the magic of "Baby Season," the most heartwarming and bustling time of year. As a fully functioning hospital treating over 200 different species annually, every day is unique. You may witness the resident veterinarian conducting an exam, watch tiny patients being fed, or get a peek at songbirds recovering in the aviaries.
Every tour is a surprise! While specific species sightings cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of an emergency hospital, the peak of "Baby Season" ensures there is always something incredible to discover.
You will witness firsthand how expert teams provide life-saving medical care to thousands of wild patients each year. You will gain a unique perspective on the profound dedication and skill required to treat, heal, and ultimately return these animals to their natural habitats.
Beyond the bustling hospital wards, your group will enjoy an intimate encounter with WildCare’s beloved non-releasable Ambassador Animals. These permanent residents serve as vital educators for the community. They may include majestic White and Brown Pelicans, industrious Acorn Woodpeckers, or a rare Northern Spotted Owl. During a personalized meet-and-greet with one of these ambassadors, you will hear their individual stories and learn about the crucial role they play in fostering a deeper connection between humans and the natural world.
