Your evening begins with a refreshing Moroccan salad featuring crisp greens, spearmint, cucumbers, olives, mixed herbs, and tomatoes, all tossed in a zesty lemon-garlic olive oil dressing—a bright and flavorful start to the meal.

While sipping on carefully selected wines that enhance every bite, you will next enjoy a Tagine, a true masterpiece of flavor and tradition that captures the essence of Moroccan cuisine. This epic North African dish—a traditional slow-cooked vegetable stew—is simmered to perfection and infused with a medley of aromatic spices. Accompanying the vegetarian Tagine are roasted kofta beef skewers, served alongside a bed of light, fluffy couscous, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors.

For dessert, indulge in Firni, a creamy and aromatic cardamom milk pudding that is both delicate and satisfying. This sweet finale is accompanied by Fekkas, Morocco’s delightful take on biscotti, adding a perfect crunch to round out the meal.
