- Accommodations include 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious family and living room, a large backyard, and laundry facilities
- A private waterskiing lesson on the Wailua River for up to six people at a time or a two-hour session (or boat ride for non-skiers)

- Blackout dates: December 15th to January 5th, Easter week, and INTL Spring Break 2026
- Maximum of 8 adult guests (No children due to the location on the river)
